Although Samsung confirmed the Galaxy S IV will not be unveiled later this month at MWC 2013, in Barcelona, Spain, it’s likely the phone will be present at the trade fair and it will be shown to carriers and major retailers.

SamMobile claim sources close to the matter confirmed to them the Galaxy S IV will be officially announced during an Unpacked event that will take place on March 15.
Furthermore, the South Korean company is expected to start sending invitations for this event immediately after Mobile World Congress 2013 closes its gates.
The exact location where Samsung is going to launch the Galaxy S IV is still a mystery since the company is trying to keep it secret.
Initially, Samsung Galaxy S IV will be available for purchase in Eastern Europe beginning April, followed soon by the rest of the European countries and Asia.
The superphone is expected to be available across all Europe by the end of April. According to the same sources, Samsung plans to release the Galaxy S IV in North America, Australia and Africa around May/June.
Unfortunately, no additional details on the phone’s specs have been provided, so we’re left with what it was rumored by now.
So, according to the latest hearsay, Samsung Galaxy S IV will pack an Exynos 5 Octa (8-Core) processor, which will be complemented by a Mali-T658 (8-Core) graphics processing unit and 2GB of RAM.
